ABOUT -
GOLDEN CHANGE FOR CONCERNED YOUTH
is a nonprofit organization formed and registered by a youth group in 2006 as a community-based organization. It operated as CBO until 2017 when it was transformed and registered as NGO with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C ). It is currently a member of several civil society networks. E.g. Nigeria network of Non-governmental Organizations (NNNGO) Nigeria Civil Society Network for Water, sanitation and Hygiene (NEWSAN), The Civil Society Engagement Mechanism for UHC2030 (CSEM) which is the civil society constituent of the International Health Partnership for UHC2030 (UHC2030).
The CSEM raises civil society voices in UHC2030 to ensure that Universal Health Coverage (UHC) policies are inclusive and equitable and that systematic attention is given to the most marginalized and vulnerable populations so that no one is left behind. etc., GCCYF membership is open to all who share in our vision and mission and currently has over 700 members.
